Obviously it will rise


but very slowly

theoritically answer should be taht as it is in the condition of weightlessness so no bubbles will rise as normal reaction =0 but practically ul see them coming very slowly neglible almost try it ull see

on the bubble only upward surface tension force will act, and so they will rise at a higher rate
