simple sum bro

vel in the horiz direction is 2

y/x=tan@

or vy/2=root 3

therefore vy is root 3*2

.... obviouly the vel of pnt b will be in vertically direction

I cannot get how the hell can this block move if the end A is fixed????????????

The end pt. A.is fixed but the rod can move keeping A fixed.(like rotation)
