a monkey is sitting aT a branch of a tree..a hunter fires a bullet on it.the monkey jumps down .will the bullet harm the monkey/will the bullet reach where the monkey is???

actually the ques goes like this-
a monkey is sitting on the branch of a tree. A hunter fires the bullet at the monkey. On seeing the smoke from the gun, the monkey jumps down from the tree. Now, will it hit d monkey??

The bullet will hit the monkey if there was no acceleration due to gravity then the monkey wouldnt fall and the bullet would hit the monkey at the branch of the tree where the monkey was sitting but bcoz of same acceleration due to gravity acting on BOTH the bullet and the monkey,the bullet would hit the monkey at a distance 1/2gt^2 (in a time 't')from the branch where the monkey was sitting what is 2 be noted is that the same force acts on both the monkey n the bullet(component of bullet's velocity perpendicular to the ground) rate if useful cheerssssss!!!!!!!!!

it may be like that
velocity of light is far greater than that of bullet. So, when monkey sees the smoke, he jumps immediately and the bullet doesnt hit him.
(provided the monkey is sharp enough)!!!
