himoment of something means ==> the product of that quantity and the perpendicular distance of it from the fixed axis.If suppose I assume a physical quantity 'force' that is acting in the X-Y plane, then moment of force = magnitude of the force acting x perpendicular distance from the axis(either X or Y)!!!!
