we have
PASCAL LAW:
If the pressure in a liquid is changed at a particular point, the change is transmitted to the entire liquid without being diminished in magnitude.
someone said the correct defination shuld be :
If the pressure in a liquid is changed at a particular point, the change is transmitted to the entire liquid without being diminished in magnitude , provided the effect of gravity is neglected.
where from this " provided the effect of gravity is neglected. " comes ? I hav not found it.

why should we consider gravity its just pressure naa if applied to liquid then its uniformly distributed to entire liquid

In Pascal's law there is no need to mention the gravity clause. But in case gravity is present ,fluid pressure will not be same everywhere. There will be a pressure gradient due to fluid head. May be to make it clear the term "provided........... " is added by the author.
