pls answer this.....a question in three dimentional motion

pls answer this.....

three bodies are initially at the three vertices of equilateral triangle of side A. three bodies are moving with same speed and always directing towards one another. what is the time interval in which they meet?

As the three bodies are at the vertices of an equilateral triangle they will meet at centroid.Displacement of each particle =distance between any vertex and centroid=a/sqrt3 velocity=vcos30= vsqrt3/2 s=vt implies t=2a/3v (s=a/ sqrt3,v= vsqrt3/2) ( I THINK YOU UNDERSTOOD THIS)

the concept is this:
The distance betwwen the two bodies changes at a rate which is equal to the their relative velocity along the line joining the the bodies, since the distance is along the line joining two bodies.
