Here ,
using FBD for M,
Mg -T = Ma .................(1)
Now considering the wedge and the block to be a single object of mass (m+M') ,
using FBD,
(m+M')a = T
=> Mg-(m+M')a = Ma (putinng value of T in 1)
=> a = Mg/(M+m+M') .................(2)
Now since the wedge is accelrating towards right (horizontally), the block of mass m will experience a pseudo force in a horizontally backward direction( i.e. PF= -ma) ..
Resolving the pseudo force , the component parallel to the inclined plane is macos
..
.. Now since the block of mass m is not moving ,
=> macos
= mg sin
= mg sin
=> acos
= gsin
= gsin
Now substitute value of a from (2) , to get the value of M ..
Hope this helps .. cheers!!
