Solve - Two particles are projected from a point at the same instant with velocities whose horizontal and vertical components are u1,v1,u2,v2 . Find the The interval b/w their passing through the other common point of their path . Pls post the answer as soon as posible !!!!!

hi,
just a hint as i dont have enough time to give the entire soln.assume after some time t the second one crooses after the first and the horzontal and veritcal ht is the same for both i mean u can just calculate by taking t .

see u start taking everything u have and start writin all the equatins
and then u assume the first particle takes t1 time and the second particle takes time t2 to reach the same pt .
then aply

u1t1=u2t2 then v1t1 - 0.5gt12 = v2t2 - 0.5gt22 in the second eqn substittute t1= u2t2 / u1 in the second eqn and ull get t1 and then from first eqn get t2 and then t2-t1 is ur answer
