         Asin(wt+  ) [either with cos or sine , either with + or - ]
         so, the given can be written  as
                
             1/22 sin(wt-/4)  .................................................... MULTIPLY  AND DIVIDE 1. WITH   21/2                                       
               so it represents an shm.
            smilarly you can get the other equations.
