Dear friends, My mechanics is really weak even after practicing from HCV, my coaching modules. Most of the mechanics experts in my coaching have praticed mechanics from Irodov. I also want to do it. But as we know that Irodov have some questions based on the concepts which are not in our syllabus. Can you please tell me the question numbers from Unit 1 which are relevant for IITJEE? Most preferably- Units- 1.3-Laws of conservation of energy,momentum... 1.7-Hydrodynamics Someone who has already done these chapters from Irodov must be knowing which questions should we do. Please Please. I want them. Its really very important for me. I don't have much time so it will be better if you can post the question numbers as soon as possible. EXPERTS PLEASE REPLY. I promise to give you two salutes.

I dont remember the book title( I think it is "PHYSICS FOR JEE")
The book was formerly called "A problem treatise in physics for JEE"

Yaar the problem is that I have already collected so many books and in no mood of bying any new book.
So if you can tell me the questions from Irodov itself, it will be better for me.
Waise thanx for ur suggestion but it doesn't really solve my problem.

First thing that I would like to say would be don't get so much stiff on Irodov Problems and second if you feel that you are weak in mechanics then you have to work on that and this should be your point of concern . NN Ghosh is a good suggestion and Try a problem from Irodov roughly first 25% problems must be within your syllabus . Let us know when you get severely stuck It may be out of your course and do NOT waste much time on problem like this let us know ASAP.

Dude, See I tried my best in solving the problems ?. But I was not able to solve all of them, I have solved, 1.118 1.119 1.121 1.122 1.125 1.129 1.134 1.135 1.137 1.140 1.162 1.165 1.184 I was incapable to solve the rest of the problems n I am sorry 4 that? I asked my miss for help? she said that most of the problems from Irodov are in IIT syllabus?. probably from 1.118-1.142 and then 1.151-1.185 ? Not sure about the thing? but you must try the problems that I have solved?. I am still in XI (Want to solve H C Verma B4 Irodov). At this elementary level I am completely helpless to help you? but I tried my best!!! Hope you crack IIT with a good rank and best of luck!!
