when the speed of a car, moving on a banked road, increases, why does the normal force on the car increase and friction decrease.

Are you sure that happens??
I think friction is a self adjusting force; so if velocity increases,so does friction!!
And,normal reaction is nowhere related to velocity of the body in horizontal direction,so I think it shouldn't change!!
Correct me if I'm wrong!
Cheers!
