If you mean Parallel and Perpendicular axes theorem for moments of Inertia, then answer is yes. These theorems are applicable to uniform as well as non uniform bodies.

The most incomprehensible thing about the world is that it is

at all comprehensible.

no. , perpendicular n parallal axis theoram can't be aplied to non-uniform bodies since we can have diferent R for different line of forces abt a same axis. Thus , moment of inertia would be different for different points.

Actually, i was solving arihant and found a question in which the mass was variable acc to mx . i solved for momet of inertia about one end but by using md2  i am unable to get the right ans. however i wanted a mathematical proof for this. If any of u cud solve dat i ll be grateful

parallel axis theorem can be applied to any body instead you know the moment of inertia of the body about its center of gravity

here Iaxis= Ig +MR

perpendicular axis theorem can only be applied to bodies that have only two dimension i.e. planes of different shapes. if you know the moments of inertia about any two axis perpendicular to each other either both in the plane of the body or one in the plane of the body and other perpendicular to the plane of the body the moment of inertia of the body can be found about an axis perpendicular to both the initial axis

here Iz= Ix +Iy

please have mercy on me if i were wrong and correct me
