 Seems to be a parabolic path.

Velocity 2t(in x-direction), 2(in y-direction)

Acceleration 2(in x-direction), 0(in y-direction)

               x=t^2      y=2t ----------coordinates of particles

(v x --- comp of vel along x -direction)------ dx/dt =2t          (acc comp along x direction)-----d^2x/dt^2 =2

(v y ----comp  of vel along y -direction)-----  dy/dt=2           (acc comp along ydirection0------d^2y/dt^2 =0
