Net force F=(2,3,4). Displacement r=(5,4,3)-(2,3,4) = (3,1,-1). Work done = F.r = 6+3-4=5 units

Thats a question of direct formula putting.......you must be able to do it if you the definition of work and forces.But just check that the work is indepent of the path.Which I think is yes i this case

Yes, since curl F = 0, the force is conservative so work is independent of path.
