a small mass m kept in surface of incline (rough) a is angle of inclination fixed in elevator it goes up with vel v and block doesn't slide on wedge the work done by friction on block in time t is

the mass is actually at sin@ with the ground
so in time t
the potentiol energy increased =
work done by frictional force=f.s
since the elevator moves vt in 1 sec
so mgsin@vtsin@=work done
=mgvtsin^@
u can also say that if the elevator moves a distance vt then the mass will move a distance vtsin@

force balancing it from going down is mgsina
displacement of the block is (vsina)t
Work done is mgvtsin2a

the obj is in eqbm...so f=mgsina obviously
in time t the upward movement is x=vt
hence work done =F.S
the angle betwween frictional force and v is 90-a
so F.S=mgsina * vt *sina
=mgvt(sina)^2
