In 2nd and 3rd quadrant in says that the object is moving towards the opposite side of Velocity after being started at another direction

Ashish we answer only one question at a time.
If position time graph is not differentiable at a time then at that point there is a sudden change in velocity (derivative of position).
This means there is a sudden impact on the particle.
