When there is no change in potential energy or any other form of energy of the particles in system.

There's nothing like " Conservation of kinetic Energy "

According to the Work-Kinetic Energy theorem, work done by all forces(or the net force) is equal to the Change in Kinetic Energy of the system.


Maybe you can conserve Kinetic energy if you want in case there is no net force acting on the system you have chosen.....

for a particle

if net force is zero

For a system of particle

if no force is working there i.e., internal forces are zero, NETexternal forces are zero, I m not talking about net  internal force
