hey, that depends on the angle at which the rain is falling!!

its bcoz when the cars moving..due to the effective velocity of the car, the rain drops make an obtuse angle with the car(if u draw a normal to the car on the top,the rains come from the second qyadrant to the origin{apear to})...so depending on the angle of the rare window it either gets wet or does not..the probabilty of getting wet depends on the velocity of the car and the angle of the window...if the car's rare window is straight i.e paralel to the normal,then it can never get wet...if the speed is less and the angle of window is more then more chances of getting wet and if the angle is less and the speed is more less or no chances of getting wet...
