Work = V (delta P)
Delta P can be calculated from [rho*g*(h2 -h1)]
V can be calc using mass and specific gravity.
Thus work can be obtained........

work done =force*displacement =m*(density of mass-density of water)*g*h/density of mass =6*1*4*10/2=120J
