ill give 2 proofs..
1st, u assume the lone e is mid between 2 hydrogen nuclei and thats the reason for its 0 potential energy, if it jumps to 1st level..its radius quadruples... BTW H* is the parent nuclei... and the other is supposed to be a test charge..
