According to Rydberg's Equation....
Wave Number = 109677 [1 - 1/9] = 109677 *8/9 = 97490
Now momentum of photon = E/c = hc*Wave number/c = h*Wavenumber = 97490*6.67*10^-34 = Sumthin (x)
According to law of conservation of momentum, this would be the momentum of H atom
So recoil speed = x/ Mass of H atom = x/ Mass of proton + mass of electron = x / 1837*mass of electron
I hpope its clear......
