A ques from hcv.page 384,ques 19

A spectroscopic instrument can resolve 2 nearby wavelengths w and w+(Delta)w if w / (Delta)w is smaller than 8000.This is used to study the the spectral lines of the balmer series of hydrogen.Approx how many lines will be resolved by the instrument?Please explain ............
