no.hole concept is only for doped semiconductors

no yaar...hole concept for all semicondutors and also insulators .....not for doped alone as you said..... you can't apply it in conductors because.. in conductors it is not covalent bonds...the atoms exist as ions and all valence electrons are free... holes concept is applied where you have covalent bonds which break on application of high temperature to create vacancies or holes......rate if useful
