IT DEPENDS ONLY ON FREQUENCY ,WORK FUNCTION BUT NOT ON THE INTENSITY AS IT GIVES US ONLY NO. OF PHOTONS BEING INCIDENT ON SURFACE

it depend on frequency, work function bt not on intensity as incresing intensity current increses i.e no of photons emitted incident increses... bt on incresing frequency potencial energy increses....rate if u r satisfied
