so putting it in the eqn we get h
o =h(2.2*10^15)-(6.6ev)
now given in second information
=4.6*10^15
so h

or eV0 =26.4*10^-19 (putting all values

0 will be constant for the 2 eqns..)
or V0 =16.5 V
rate if satisfied....
