energy of each photon=hc/lambda=6.626x10^-19 J
now,
intensity=power delivered per squre m
150mW per squre m=>6 x 10^-5W per 4cm sq
i.e.....no of photons= 6x 10^-5/(6.626 x 10^-19)
=9.05x 10^-13

ENERGY OF EACH PROTON = hc/lambda=      6.626 x 10-19 J


intensity = 150 x 10-3 w


1 sq metre         -----------------------    150 x 10 -3 w


4 x 10-4 metre------------------------?     ---->6 x 10 -5 w


no of protons = 6 x 10-5/6.626 x 10 -19 == 9.05 x 10-13
