U R comparing 2 branches + 2 campuses.... first of all look ur interest.... chem or mech.... 2ndly look at the branch... mech is a more versatile and established branch than chemical but chemical has huge scope abroad if not in india.... lastly look at campuses.... Goa is older than hyd, well established now... u can also take in consideration the distance of a campus from ur hometown... hope it helps...
