Excuse me even if there was internal sliding the problem of vacancy wud still arise RIGHT?? bcoz thru sliding only branches can be changed the unoccupied seats wud still remain vacant!!!!!

Yes what the Entrance corner said was days back.A Frnd of mine contacted them today and they were suggesting at apossibility of a 5th counselling
