Can i get MECH. in MNIT , JAIPUR if my state rank is 10152 in counselling ? REPLY u can also see cou

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Advanced

Can i get MECH. in MNIT , JAIPUR if my state rank is 10152 in counselling ? REPLY u can also see counselling of 2009 ,the last student admitted in civil was 7500 . this year 10 new nits r opened and seats in iit have also increased , SO WHATS R POSSIBILITIEs ??

addmission is based on AIR not ur state rank.....whats ur air??

yeah he is right state rank is just to know ur performence

the cutoffs are air based

let me explain......agar koi NIT x mein ..100 seats hain..........toh 50 seats state quota se hogi aur baki 50 all india se hogi.......agar all india seats ka cutoff 10,000 (air) hai toh baki 50 state wali seats ka cutoff kuch upar jaeyga....maybe around 14000(air)... which is again the all india rank ..not ur state rank

agar woh state rank se hoti .......then toh >1lack (air) wale log nit mein hote........aur aisa nahi hota........

@raj.............66000 pe i don't think kuch hoga................

this was my second attempt..........in my first attempt i got air >2lack........but this time i got an air of 20,000 which is quite satisfying for me.........
