Well this is a controversial topic...but if u compare the education quality, faculty strength, reputation and placements, I believe BITS Goa is better...coz in the end, u r getting a degree from BITS-Pilani, an institute considered at par with the IITs...BITS-Goa>Thapar>Lower NITS>>>VIT
