i m getting metallurgy in pec and nit srinagr and nit silchar. which shud i choose?

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Main & Advanced

i m getting pec meta.but everyone say that its not a good branch,is it? howz uiet. i wanna go abroad for heigher studies. so nit tag is important?

its a good branch and pec is a also a good college...atleast in this case i prefer Pec...nit srinagar is really ...sorry to say not that worth it...location is a big factor against it ..go for Pec ..u can surely go for higher studies ...PEC is ahead of atleast NIT srinagar...i can say....ur 4 yrs of undergrad life will not be worth it...so take up pec and dont worry there are many factors other than college while going for higher studies.....ur GRE score,projects,publications ,CG etc....so u can surely win in these if u r from pec coz pec offers more opportunity!cheers!

thanx....and howz nit silchar... i want to take a gud branch...can i sattle there? is nit silchar is better thannit srinagar or nit agartalla? ...

see...NIT silchar,srinagar,and all those east NITS are rreally not wroth it...their location is so "complex" that it does have an affect on placements....i really dont recommend...i have heard negative reviews abt them...thats why....PEC is end times better than them....and as far met is concerned ...its a good core branch and does offer good prospects in terms of job and studies....wat abt LNMIIT ,DAIICT etc????

iski date nikal gayi... if i will take cs in uiet. will it be a better option than meta of pec???

no.....pec is a very good college having some name ...plz i advice u for pec unless u dying for CS..and u should have applied for them!

just one thing.....if u want to go for higher studies......then base is important so choose ur branch wisely which u can study and enjoy also.....and also tag is important.......
