If a seat is allotted to a student who opts for willingness for higher choices till 4th round and in

If a seat is allotted to a student who opts for willingness for higher choices till 4th round and in the meantime joins to some other institutes, then how the seat thus falling vacant will be filled up ?

Its highly doubtful that the seat falls vacant but even if it does then the clge must provide that seat for their institute scholars...

and there can be a direct admission for those who are not alloted any clge till the last cnclling but thats purely on tha Administration of the clge to provide that seat..!!

They can leave it vacant as well!!!
