Well, YES. Its possible. BITS provides the flexibilities of inter-tier transfers but U will have to perform really well in ur first yr and by really well, I mean, get a 9.6+ CGPA and that means being in top 10-15 students in a batch of 800.And MSc (tech) is a graduate degree equivalent to BE, so U can go for any higher degree u want be it ME or PhD or MBA.
