rates assured.......................................... we have to submit the medical certificate at alloted institute but they have not given the format for it........what to do?

hey ask any medical specialist near ur house. there is some format for the medical examination which is generally standard. if not give the institutte all the test possible.

pls visit nit calicut site for foramt of medical certificate .dont know whether that foramt is acceptable for other institutes
