AIEEE is a bit tougher, in terms of level of questions, since you get more time per question. BITSAT is more about solving quickly and accurately. Its very concept based, rather than analytically in-depth

I think BITSAT is more tougher than AIEEE, as the no. of questions in BITSAT is higher than AIEEE.
