SRM Chennai Started admissions 2012 for UG/ PG Courses
SRM, Chennai, has started inviting applications for the following courses for year 2012.
B.Tech./ B.Des/ B.Arch./M.Tech/ M.Arch./ MCA/ M.B.A/ PGPM/ PGPRM/ B.A / B.B.A/ B.C.A / B.Com / B.Ed/ B.Sc / M.A/ M.Ed/ M.Sc / Diploma/ PG Diploma/ M.Phil / B.D.S. / BASLP / B. Optom / BMRS / BMLT / M.Sc / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / BOT/ MOT/ BPT/ MPT / B.Pharm / M.Pharm/ Pharm-D/ Pharm – D -Post Baccalaureate/ MPH/ MBA – MPH.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech: 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum aggregate of 70% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (b) Bioinformatics, Biomedical, Food & Process, Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, minimum aggregate of 70% in Mathematics or Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
B. Des: 10+2 or equivalent withminimum aggregate of 70%.
B. Arch: 10+2 or equivalent with 70% with English and Mathematics as subject of study and a minimum of 40% in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
PG PROGRAMS: A pass with minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying examinations.
Application Procedure:
* Application can be obtained for Rs 750 by cash from sales outlets (Axis Bank, City Union Bank, Indian Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, State Bank of India and Post Offices. Also at Kattankulathur,Ramapuram, Vadapalani and Delhi Modi Nagar campuses). Fill and send to Direction (Admissions).
* Download Application from SRM website. Fill and send to Director (Admissions) with DD of Rs 750 favouring SRMIST, payable at Chennai
* May Apply online
* Write to Director (Admissions) with DD of Rs 750 favouring SRMIST, payable at Chennai.
For PG Programs in Medicine and Health Sciences:
Last date for Apply: 18th January 2012
Entrance Exam Date: 29th January 2012
For all other programs
Last Date for Apply: 31st March 2012
Entrance Exam Date: 6th May 2012
