remember ina medium of refractive index mu...the wavelength becomes the wavelength in vacuum divided by the refractive indextherefore here the refractive index of the medium is 1.5and please maintain a decorum do not post nonsense words

refractive index = velocity of light in vaccum /velocity of light in medium = 6000 /4000 = 3/2 =1.5
