Conc. H2SO4 will increase the acidity of phenol.  Because when conc. H2SO4 is treated with phenol electrophilic substitution reaction takes place producing o-hydroxy benzene sulphonic acid is produced. Since  Sulphonic acid group ( -SO3H) is an electron withdrawing group. Precence of electron with drawing group increases the acidity of phenol.
