orthoflouro phenol will have intramolecular hydrogen bonding due to the small size of flourine and electronegativity of flourine.........
while in orthochloro phenol will not have intra molecular hydrogen bonding due to large size of chlorine........ so ortho chloro phenol is more reactive than ortho flouro phenol........
Amongst o-halophenols, o-fluorophenol is the weakest acid due to intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The acidity of other halophenols decreases as the -I effect of the halogen decreases. Thus the acidity of all o-halophenols decreases in the order
o-Chlorophenol > o-Bromophenol > o-Iodophenol >o-Fluorophenol.
