I think p.w.Atkins is the best book for physical chemistry & for numericals P. Bahadur is good .For organic chemistry you have three choices i.e. you can refer arihant organic chemistry or morrison boyd or saloms book for organic. for inorganic chemistry o.p. Tandon (GRB Publication) or J.D.Leeas referense book .

I would recommend the following books:
Physical: P.Bahadur (for basics) and Arihant(for high level)
Organic: Arihant
Inorganic: NCERT and Arihant.
All the best!!
