H₃C-CBr₂-CHBr_{2 (tetrabromo derivative)}

should be the product if with liquid bromine,

Otherwise,

in bromine water:

H₃C-CBr=CHBr (dibromo derivative)

Reason:

Br is added (addition reacn)as a pi-bond breaks. ref. to school textbook or any book on organic.
