H3C-CBr2-CHBr2 (tetrabromo derivative)

should be the product if with liquid bromine,

Otherwise,

in bromine water:

H3C-CBr=CHBr  (dibromo derivative)

Reason:

Br is added (addition reacn)as a pi-bond breaks. ref. to school textbook or any book on organic.
