carboanion already has a negative charge on it
species with less charge are more stable so the groups that reduce its negative charge or dont increase its negative charge make it more stable .in prim its -ve charge increased by less amount as wen compared to in ter and sec is the intermediate one

carbanion has a negative charge and so it tends to lose its electron. in tertiary carbanion, the three alkyl groups tend to donate electrons thus reducing stability

so, tert carbanion is least stable and its primary counterpart is most stable.

Carbanions are carbon species carrying a -ve charge.

1)Tertiary: It contains 3 alkyl/aryl groups attached to it which are +I gps(e-repelling ) they will tend to increase the -ve charge on C. as C is not very electronegative ti doesn't prefer this.
2)Secondary:Contains 2 alkyl/aryl gps so the effect is reduced w.r.t tertiary.
3)primary: all the gps attached to C are H's so this the most stable.
