can you give me a list of dehydrogenating,dehaloginating,dehydrating,hydrating,hydrogenating,haloginating etc. agents usually used

Dehydrogenation-Dehydrating agent like H2SO4, P2O5 etc
Dehalogenation- Zn
Halogenation- Halogen in presence of sunlight(alkanes), Br2,CCl4;Br2,H2O(alkenes)
Hydrogenation-H2O
Rate if satisfied.
