no it cannot give because in this reaction free radical are formed so no existance of H free radical.

in this reaction carboxylic acid reacts bromine to form alkyl bromide with decarboxylation .CH3COOH reacts with Br2 to form CH3Br with decarboxylation.intermediate is free radical and mechanism is free radical substitution.
