because in H2O2 only, there is free rotation possible around O-O bond( as in H2O2 there is only a sigma bond bw 2 oxygen atoms, so its free to rotate), the max. repulsion will be when the two H atoms will get aligned in a single line, this will be least stable state, and most stable will be when they will be oppsite directions,
The heights which great men reached and kept, Were not attained by sudden flight, They, whilst their companions slept, Were toiling upwards in the night....
Conformational isomerism arises due to rotation about single or sigma bonds structures arising due to this type of rotation are called as conformational isomers .Structural features necessary to show confomational isomerism is ,there must be four atoms bondedsequentially only by sigma bonds so as per your question correct ans is H2O2 just look H-O-O-H but above conditiin is not fulfilled by others
