conversion requires memorization of reactions on tips......it will be really helpful if u know each and every reaction on tips so that u can make diff. arrangements and get the best combination for conversion.......

in pradeep's chemistry book.....the theory one.....at appendix some conversions are given.....just go through all of them once so that u know the basic for conversions.....
