yup false coz e- deficient grps r considered as ring deactivators n fluorine is da most electron deficient halogen among all da others so i hope m rite i hve edited my ans ....i ws totally confused so plz

F is most e- withdrawing .
so it takes up -ve charge of ring,
in other words ,it deactivates the ring the most
|
Vegeta: While I was with you guys, I became more human. I didn't like that. I even have a family and started to like living on earth.
