Stat with fundamentals which includes- nomenclature; reaction intermediates- their formation,stability,reactions ; types of reactions- addition, substitution, elimination, rearrangement ; electronic effects- inductive, electromeric, mesomeric-resonance, hyperconjugation ; fission of bonds-homolytic, heterolytic.; isomerism including stereochemistry.
These fundamentals are essential to understand organic chemistry. Start with NCERT book and then move to higher books.
