no i think it has  5 resonanting structure because 3 of benzene ring and 2 of outer -COOH group.

YA ...i was sure with those 5 apart from that.........
i shefted the lone pair of OH to form pi bond then the pi bond of C=o to lone pair..........NOW i took the = between the OH and C and took into the ring.....Was it correct??????

well in d case mention above Carbon will break d octet rule coz it will have C=O =OH n a bond wid benzene ring which is not possible as carbon do not have vacant d - orbital so only d case mentioned by d expert is correct which is 5 structures
 
do rate my efforts if helpfull n do tell me if ny doubt

No make the pi bond between C=o as lone pair on O......Now the double bond in c=OH to ring
