i also want to know that which rule we should use lowest locant one or lowest set of locants
?

Plz. tell me that sometimes we use hepta or buta or propa instead of prop, but, pent etc. I wnt to know that when we use this?
when there are more than one double bond present or more than one triple bond.are present ???

yup its b...
by the lowest sum rule u either get 1,2,4 or 1,3,4 and thus 1,2,4 is the least...
so its 1,2,4 trimethyl cyclopentane...

like hepta-2 en--ol...
